- It doesn't matter what country your from ....the internet has made it small world.
- It's absolutely FREE to add your name to our list
How To Get Your name on the List: -1-2-3 simple steps
1. click Add Your Name to Join The Million Quit Smoking Challenge
2. Fill out the sign up form online, agree to our terms, and submit it
Name: No, you don't have to use your real name. You can use a alias or nickname. Email Address: We ask for your email address to make sure your a real person. This is important. Your name will only be a added to the list after you respond to our confirmation email. Your email address will NOT be displayed nor will we share it with anyone. We will send you updates via your email on our progress towards getting the names of one million people who quit smoking. Year you quit smoking: example: "2003" Year you quit smoking: Enter the Month you quit smoking Country: Select the country you reside 3. Agree to the terms and Submit your form. It will take up to 48 hours for your name to be displayed on the web site

- Below is how your name will be displayed. Notice only your name is visible but by placing your computer mouse on the green ribbon beside your name you wills see your "quit Date" and "country"

How long will my information be displayed on the web site? Good question. It is my hope the web site will be around for as many years as there are smokers who need encouragement and support to quit smoking. However, if interest in the web site diminishes over the years or I encounter technical or financial constraints I may have to shut it down.

What if I want to remove my Name? It is my hope that you will want to leave your name on the web site forever to help make a difference. Once you submit your name to be placed on the list I will leave it on as long as the site remains active. I will however, consider on a case by case basis, removing a name if you send me the reasons that you would like to have it removed.
